Maark is looking for a Senior Director Account Lead with expertise in Adobe mar-tech and digital marketing consulting, a long history of leading enterprise-level accounts of $20 million+ annually, managing account P&Ls, relationship management, and consistent revenue growth, and providing vertical and mar-tech focused thought leadership. Consulting expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud and modern Mar-Tech is an essential requirement for this role.

 

The ideal candidate will develop business practices built around strategy, goal setting, mentoring, advising, and account management. Will be responsible for personal and account revenue targets. Be the lead advocate in coordinating internal resources for the visioning, scoping, and delivery of client-centric and digital marketing-focused solutions. Becoming the client's trusted advisor with the ability to manage client expectations throughout the duration of client engagement. Strategize and develop best-in-class practices to effectively create, communicate and deliver customized client-focused outcomes that address the client’s compelling needs and goals and help drive incremental sales growth.

 

The candidate will develop custom solution presentations, write sow’s and manage all contacts with key client decision-makers. Effectively facilitate day-to-day management of accounts both internally and externally. Build relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations while understanding the landscape and gaining account penetration. Drive individual and account revenue growth through highly focused consulting and business development strategies. Establish best practices and drive 30-50% account revenue growth on a YoY basis.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Ability to assess client objectives and formulate solutions strategy directly to those client objectives
  • Self-motivated – Able to identify new opportunities, provide visionary consulting to sell new business and close sales

  • Building a deep understanding of your client's business to provide subject matter expertise and insights that will help shape and drive current and new business opportunities
  • Experience contributing to thought-leadership content articles that will be posted on Maark.com
  • Establishing regular touch points with key stakeholders, ensuring you are always informed about their priorities, pain points, and potential areas where Maark can drive value
  • Conduct quarterly reviews with clients to review accomplishments and learnings, current and upcoming priorities, and potential future opportunities
  • Partnering with clients to develop product roadmaps
  • Ability to craft narrative-driven pitch presentations and present to senior stakeholders in-person and virtually. Must be able to articulate the story and value proposition in a clear, concise, and compelling way
  • Management and maintenance of opportunities in SFDC
  • Working with a cross-functional team to respond to RFIs / RFPs
  • Working with the client and internal stakeholders on Master Services Agreement and retainer contracts
  • Creation and management of SOWs for your clients
  • Creation of strategy briefs at kick-off, outlining the core details of the engagement, objectives, requirements, and critical insights.
  • Joining client status calls with project management teams as needed.
  • Reviewing and approving monthly invoices before sending to clients.
  • Attending resource planning meetings to provide insight on upcoming work and requirements around resourcing.


Required Skills and Experience:

  • 10+ years of demonstrated consultative and mar-tech and digital solution-oriented Sales & business development experience; strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • 5+ years of consulting experience in Adobe Marketing Cloud, and Adobe Experience Manager
  • Demonstrated experience running large engagements with Fortune 500 clients
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with clients by gaining trust and repeated successful delivery of expectations
  • Vertical Specialization in industries such as (Financial Services, Retail, Healthcare, Travel & Hospitality, Media & Entertainment, and High Tech) 
  • Experience with various project types, including modern mar-tech (Adobe, Salesforce), web, mobile, omnichannel marketing, brand, and strategic consulting
