Role: Level One Helpdesk and Jr DevOps Engineer
Be part of a tier one support team for a growing application in the financial services industry. Our Maestro application provides a highly performant, scalable and configurable solution for ingesting and serving financial data via REST services. It is a multi-tenant architecture hosted in AWS cloud with a growing number of global financial clients.
The primary role in is working directly with customers in an after-hour situations helping to solve basic problems, determining severity and escalating an issue to the Development platform if needed. Directly pairing with development team and documenting solutions to issues in a wiki.
